Dear Patty, we will remember Billy as the good man of God he was and for the work he did to help further the Gospel of our Lord. I enjoyed working with him at the Emmaus retreats because that is where I got to know him initially. His testimony at a Gathering that night really touched me..it was very powerful. Please know we will be praying for you and the family. Chris Sather..CGWTE #77..Table of Paul.
- Chris & Brenda Sather, Savannah, GA
Billy was a big man with an even bigger heart. He found many successes in his life but greatest of all were his faith and his family. His West Virginia family, like so many others, will miss him. Still, they know, today Billy rests in God's embrace.
- Nancy & J. D. Waggoner, Charleston, WV
Patty and family, I have never known a complete person as Billy. He always made you feel so good when around him. He was truly one of a kind and will bless our father in heaven. Billy was a great competitor in football as in the business world. My prayers are with you.

Most of my conversations with Billy were in the hallways of our church or sometimes we sat by one another in Sunday School. One thing that stands out in my mind from our conversations was Billy was not a complainer. He always had a good nature about himself and I felt uplifted after our conversational visits.Billy was loved by many and will be missed.
- Sam Smith, Savannah, GA
Billy gave a testimony at my Walk To Emmaeus #56. Made a great impression on my walk with the Lord. He was a powerful representative for God and will be surely missed.
- Donald Lusk, Savannah, GA
Dear Patti and family I have SO MANY great and funny memories of Billy. Especially those on the golf course at the Landings.Billy had a no nonsense approach to life and lived it accordingly. He was a true christian and practiced what he preached. I will miss Billy. But I will say this: Everytime I will think of Billy Carver in the future it will surely light up my face with a smile. The Carver family will be in my prayers. Love....Bill Hughes
- Bill Hughes, Savannah, GA
Dear Mrs Carver, Billy will truly be missed, He was a great neighbor and even a better man. I will always pull a few of the oysters out before we cook them for him.

Patty and Family, We share in the loss of Billy with you. There is a verse in a hymn we sing that states: 'Lord, when your glory I shall see and taste your kingdom's pleasures, your blood my royal robe shall be, My joy beyond all measure. When I appear before your throne, Your righteousness shall be my crown.....to stand in joy beside you.' Believers never say goodbye. we say see you later. May you know the comfort of Resurrection peace at this time.

Patti, Tracy, Dee and Leigh, Randall & I are saddened to hear of Billy's passing. But joyful that he is with Our Lord and finally at peace. Who can forget the wonderful times we shared learning how to be good parents and faithful Christians at Whitefield Methodist Church. The kids were all little and we had the future ahead of us.I can still see Billy cooking in the kitchen in his white apron. He had an infectious laugh and a heart as big as he was. We will miss him as I know you all will too. Even though we lost touch for a while, it was a real blessing to get to spend some time with him the past six months. Friendships are forever.
- Randall & Sandra Harvey, Savannah, GA
I remember Mr. Carver as Dee's biggest fan when Dee was a young competitive swimmer. He was a big-hearted man and a dedicated father.
